X-treme Sports

My Daddy always tells people about how much I love X-treme Sports. Well, here is some proof. I LOVE being thrown high into the air. Do you see the HUGE smile on my face? :)

I usually do a 360+ but for the photo-op I was only allowed to do pikes and stradles. I've been working on my form. I will post more of my X-treme Sporting events on my blog soon. My photographer is in Figi now and may not make it back before my bull riding lesson next week.

Daddy's Big Show

Today Mommy & I went to see Daddy at the Houston Home Show. He built this awesome booth. Doesn't it look great? I was so proud of Daddy so I gave him big hugs & kisses for a job well done.

My favorite part about the home show was getting to walk all over the place. When I was walking with Pops he found a bumble bee sticker for me. I really like it because it is cute and fuzzy. Oh, and because my name, MELISSA, means HONEYBEE. Cool hu???

Independence Day

On July 4th my Grandpa Wimberly meet us at Fuddrucker's and drove me around in my wagon. A lady from the newspaper took our picture because she thought we were so cute. I guess we were so cute that they didn't want everyone in town to get jealous, so they didn't put our picture in the paper. I'm hoping we can get a copy or something so I can post in here on my blog.

Later that evening I watched the fireworks through the trees. They were neat! I loved how they lit up the sky. Actually, my empty water bottle was a tad bit more interesting, but the fireworks helped me to see!

San Antonio Family Vacation

SHAMU!! I got to meet Shamu!! After we chatted for a while he went and did a splashing water dance for me. We were in the "Splash Zone" but never felt a drop of water. The thing I liked best about Sea World was the yummy slush my Uncle Rob shared with me.

We stayed in FUN resort - there was a Lazy River, a kid pool just my size, and waterfalls too! They even had fun activities like smores at night and a hayride. Riley and I got to ride the hayride 2 times!!!! We are good ol' cowgirls ~ next time we're going to bring our hats and boots.

Zoobilee Zoo

My Mommy & Daddy took me to the ZOO today! We had a ton of fun watching all of the animals. My favorite part was being able to pet the goat in the petting zoo.

The baby orangatang loved me so much! Do you see the look in his eyes? We really wanted to see the gorilla, but daddy said he was "asleep" and wouldn't wake up for a long time.

I had fun on the merry-go-round too. Mommy and Daddy say that I take after Pop's because I was so interested in how the thing worked. I mean do YOU know how they make those animals go up & down, up & down??? Very cool!

Splish Splash

Today my playgroup got to go on a field trip!

We drove to The Woodlands and hung out at the Children's Mueseum, then got to play in a water fountain. We thought the water was the absolute BEST!

AquariYum-Yum

My family went to the Houston Aquarium for Father's Day. I got to go on the shark train, see eel in the fish tank, and shake hands with a real live octopus. After dinner Riley and I shared a sundae dessert. I was in heaven.

Uncle Buck

My Uncle Buck came in town this weekend. He is super cool. He said my cousins Elliot and Everett are growing fast ~ I can't wait to see them!!

We celebrated Mother's Day at Papasitto's. My grandma was happy that we were all together.

This was my mommy's 2nd Mother's Day. I think she had fun. Next year I am going to make her breakfast in bed!

Yummy to My Tummy!!!

Yeah! I have a website now!!!! I can't wait to share my life with you all. This is going to be fun!!!!

Here is a picture of me enjoying blueberry yogurt... mmmmm... I LOVE blueberries and I LOVE yogurt, so the two mixed together are even YUMMIER!!! :)

Mommy thinks I am so talented because I use a spoon so well. Evidently I get the food to my mouth one-third of the tme... I guess that is really good! GO ME!!!

I really prefer using a fork. I'll tell Mama to get some pictures of me stabbing my food - that is fun! See you soon with more pics. to share!!!
